This little cutie belongs to my friend Carol. It is Royal Worcester fine bone china made in England. It is rather small and has lovely flowers and fine gold trim. See the posts below to see more of my commemoratives.
It is rather easy to remember the succession after Queen Victoria up to Elizabeth the Second. It goes Edward, George, Edward, George. This rare tin mug was commemorating King Edward VII's coronation in 1902 following Queen Victoria's death. Then her next son George V came to the throne to be followed by (almost) his son Edward VIII. I'll tell you more about that later. I have some wonderful things to show you. The next in line was George the VI (the King's Speech). I can't wait to show you what I have for him. In the meantime, I'd like to share my treasures from these two kings.
